Some people ask me how I can work so much, get home and take care of my kids and still be able to go fore a run after that.
The answer is simple...I cope with work and have a lot of energy to play with my kids OWING to my runs.
During my runs I might get physically tired but it also get my physically stronger. I might get physically tired but it lift me spiritually. It does me well!
